the newer AV will work on 3 phase wirings, the AV2 i have does because it clams to connect on ground too. 3 Phase wirings are connected via neutral and ground, but for best performance you want it on the same phase, so its more of a question of how much for just a connectivity rather than bandwidth which might be better suited for wifi perhaps in price?
