I need help to get urgent quote for my terrace house in is it possible sir? small hse only 20 x 60 new.

basic interior and maybe some ideas or tweak to do a nice compact wet kitchen with sink and washing machine area if possible.

so basically i need help on the following :-

10) PLASTER CEILING - living and dining together + optional master bedroom
11) TINTED - whole hse, green or mirror reflect wth good uv
12) UNDER STAIRCASE SMALL STORE - to close the under the staircase with wood or cabinet material to make a small store
13) Fixing lights , fan
14) Fix aircon - 1 cassete 3hp at living&dining & master room & room 2 1 hp & room3 1hp
15) Curtains if you do too?
16) WET KITCHEN - area (small area but thought if can tweak a bit and d a concrete or wth cabinet..1 space for cooking + small sink & pipe + washing machine area + retractable cloth hanger..outside hse or cheapest options? OR am actually open to ideas if whether we can close this area totally make it like indoor and separate the wet & dry kitchen with blower or suction fan , idea to be safe environment & also smell ..maybe using sliding etc like some example i saw here in.
