The ori price is 169888k for optima gt 2019 facelift.
So..just deduct 17k will be 152888k. But no free service. You may bargain with ur sales agent see if they can give you better rate..for eg 15k cash rebate + 3 yrs free service!😱😱

nice price. good.
will the gt service cost much? normal engine oil, filter for 10k km interval right?
if not just take the rebates only.

Will have turbo oil and normal engine oil. I check the servce chart..shall take the free service. Most of the ppl here recommend free service instead of cash rebate. Kia will show u the service cost up to 5 yrs i suppose..then can compare the price.

Have turbo service oil?
Most manufacturers dont even have any service for the turbo unit, example Honda. But most of them mentioned the turbo unit warranty is about 5 years.

But some car owners do put extra effort to change the turbo oil etc, SC dont.

Did you look properly, because no such thing as dedicated turbocharger oil. Turbocharger lubrication come from the same engine oil sump.

Unless stated turbo oil seals or turbo oil feed/return tube, then different story....these are related turbo maintenance items.

can't recall..have to check again the service catalog. biggrin.gif
For Honda Civic Turbo...have to change the turbo oil when the oil life indicator light on.
Any existing optima GT owner can explain this further?

If u buy optima gt, it should be the best bang for money now. Even upcoming accord will comes with 1.5T n cvt, Camry with old gen engine + gb, mazda 6 with many features were cut off for our market.

Else if u have extra budget for conti then it should be another story.

bro, hows the ride quality of optima GT? in terms of comfort? read some reviews saying the suspension is on the hard side...

Im trying to convince my wife to get this, as it still considered as a D-segment sedan... probably would use it as day to day car... 2nd kid on the way, so would prefer less bumpy...

As compared to the pre-facelift Optima GT suspension, the facelifted one is just a bit stiffer but not that harsh..for me it is still comfort oriented. Better to test drive it to get a better feel since comfort is quite a subjective matter to each individual. I ferrying 3 kids to school everyday for 15km trip..they can even sleep with ease in the car during the morning journey (also can sleep well on long distance trip).

It is tough to get a balance between comfort & handling..for me Optima GT does not compromise comfort so much for its handling. It is still a competent family sedan...
