there semi d are at least 40x80 price range from 1.2mil++, which if compare to KL is still cheaper, having a surrounding that is safe and sound and good for children upbringing, here is one example of Saujana Duta Semi D 2 and a half storey corner lot, comparing with its price selling at 1.95mil, how much would it cost if is in kl?

As for the bungalow, Sri Carcosa is one of the most exclusive housing in Seremban 2. Houses are design in modern and variety designs. Wider roads and friendly and cozy neighborhood. Is a must place to stay. A small club house with good swimming pool size and gym and etc. to accommodate the residents. With the price of 2mil ++ you are able to enjoy a 5000sqf to 7000sqf nice double storey bungalow unit.
