I've used iSquint, Quicktime Pro and Visual Hub. Visual Hub is basically iSquint on steroids but both are much faster than Quicktime Pro. If you have lots of Macs on your internal network and are compressing many movies, Visual Hub will let you spread the work using XGrid.However when you plug your iPod to the TV, Quicktime Pro produces far better quality.
