Hmmm,the Tartarus is a pretty good competitive content,required some planning in team composition and split second decision making (for shorter run time,seems the Tartarus ranking also follow TOA style,it counts the floor you clear plus the total time you use to complete the last floor ).
Things I notice from my 2 runs so far (1st attempt,only complete until floor 7,dead at floor 8

,2nd attempt testing cc,debuffs,stuffs mentioned in patch notes,etc ).
1.As stated in patch note,petrify and freeze don't seem to work (tried with Spike for freeze),but other cc like silence,stun,paralyze,blind stills works (was able to stun/paralyze normal mobs and boss with heroes equip with cc accessories,Dellon's silence and Eileen's paralyze works if proc).
2.Skill CD reduction skill like Sieg and skill cd increase like Yushin don't work (as stated in patch note) AND instant reset skill like A.Ariel's awakened skill also don't work,so don't bother build your strategy around them.
3.Heroes with combination of multi hit,piercing and buff reduce skill should be main priority when building your teams (after considering the the passive your heroes bring to team),buff removal is also preferred,you will encounter some mobs and boss with zombie mode,much quicker to end the floor with buff removal then buff reduce.
4.Heroes position in team is important as well,since you can only replace fallen heroes with heroes in the reserve team in the same slot ie only reserved heroes from slot 1 can replace slot 1 hero in main team .(so place your main dps/buffer/debuffer in the same slot for easier handling).
5.Sometimes if the mobs/boss don't need any skills to finish off,better to just auto atk to end the turn instead of wasting skill on them,as each skill need 3 turns to refresh (1 turn=1 auto atk/skill from the hero,separate turn counter for each hero).
6.Faster heroes/enemies (in term of spd stat) goes first when the new wave start,so if you see the next 3 turns going to be the enemies,if you can,kill/cc them first with heroes skills,or you will eat 3 consecutive skills from enemies instead.
PS 1:Not sure if I am correct on all the above since I only done 2 runs so far,so take the above stuffs with (large) pinch of salts.
