If you want to keep the guild,you can just create another clone account,let it join guild and pass leadership to the clone account.Just remember to log in once a week or something so your clone don't go into inactive status,to retain the leader position.After that you can get back in the guild/be the leader anytime you want with your main account,no penalty at all.
