Unless you have sensitive ears, best for value is below RM100 and above RM40.
Good enough for most people and they can't perceive better quality anyway.

I'm currently using the Superlux HD681 Evo headphone. Bought over Lazada and cost about RM174 with shipping fees. Its really a good sounding headphone with good bass. Comes with extra pairs of velvet ear pads. I suggest you replace the stock ear pads with velvet ear pads that comes with the package.

Other headphone that you might like:
1. Superlux HD668B (stock ear pads are uncomfortable though)
2. Kingston HyperX Cloud Core
3. Sennheiser HD 202 II
