Ff8 banner any good??

Should be gua if there no other niconico apps, as I not using phone to watch. More comfortable to watch on larger screen

Depends what you need lor and char you intend to focus on. Gacha 1 is selling point is mage ussb with pursue attack, where rinoa one is much better over fujin, as you could max out 4* blizzaga much more easier.
For magicite, I prefer lcssb and char with native double cast lm, since I hardly spent and rely mostly on mythril

Er depends actually, but banner 1 was a straight forward excellent mage banner for quite some time. Chase are excellent esp against magicite bosses where Rinoa's require at least R4-R5 hones to shine(usually 5* lol).

Fujin was like chasing around 10 hit 30k damage with extreme fast cast speed on neutral boss which is good actually.

Well pursue attack commonly has lower damage as when compare to 5* skills, so just take it as an extra bonus la. Fujin has the advantages of cast time, but also require more cast to activate the pursue attack, so basically bout the same only, and only 50% for the highest hit one, so another gamble. Rinoa one will rely on skill level for a more stable damage, but also provide additional magic up buff

Midgardsormr down with Fujin chasing for 40k without any synergy on its 46k RES. Nice to have Fujin combo his cast speed with USB + LM2 to get Meltdown cast in 0.4 sec.
