May I know any one of you know which music university's certificate in Malaysia is recognised globally?

Plan to study in Aswara University. It is a government university but I receive many negative comments about the university

UCSI University certificate is it recognised globally?

Because I'm not sure if will work in oversea so i hope the certificate that i study can be use to find job anywhere
