Same here. Error since yesterday. And just tried again still says "fully redeemed/expired".

I think they already stopped taking the S8 codes into the system. Because yeah, RM400 is quite a lot. IDK.

were you able to use the voucher after that? i talked with Samsung careline, they said the voucher is still accepted at Lazada.

I tot only mine RM400 voucher problem. Come on is not end of July yet. I bought s8+ also bcoz this attractive promotion.

Some people redeemed but never use due to the exp. date stated 31th of July.

However they decide to close it after the budget hit.

I am thinking Samsung they actually don't have the amount for the promotion just bait you guys for impulse buying.

Those who bought and can't use the voucher, they will just laugh at your back.
