Even though no record, the system can retrieve once it is successfully charged/swiped.
The first installment will normally be appeared at the next statement date.

installment memang takde dalam rekod, tapi akan keluar dalam penyata dan dah tolak kredit limit... bila sampai penyata akan tunjuk ansuran bulanan...

credit limit memang dalam web tu takkan deduct, ianya hanya tunjuk your credit card limit which is certain amount......

when you buy the phone, and what your bill cycle?

example:

buy on 28 of last month, your bill cycle is 24 each month, so it will show this month bill...

as example maybank, it will stated the shop name, code with how month we take and show at the end 1/12(this is for first month out of 12 month)

like this:    samsung - bukit indah - E12        : 2/12          rm283.45

just to ensure you hade the terminal receipt during payment... if not, then free phone...

God knows, you'll be billed later few months down the road once the merchant & the bank sorted out.

I have such experiences before....but it was a retail transaction.

I advice you to approach the seller...not bank...

this happens is due to the seller have not claimed your purchase from bank...

For my case, the seller claimed the purchase after months.
