QUOTE(Radiant360 @ Aug 6 2017, 05:20 PM) I don't feel so and I am happy with it. Wait hao drop below 150 then I'll consider trying out. Hao profit could be 300% thanks to you. QUOTE(Radiant360 @ Aug 6 2017, 05:37 PM) Don't compare an accessories like screen protector. With a manufacturing of a phone. I am also giving heads up rm290 for a screen protector is very expensive. Just get original Samsung so and insurance also not that expensive. I don't really feel the grainy maybe your phone have tinted issue? Did you check yours? QUOTE(Radiant360 @ Aug 6 2017, 05:38 PM) Ah at last i feel someone has the same opinion like me. A glass cost reaching rm300 which has the same quality as the normal TG. Just that they are one of the few available TG that has full adhesive in market. They making full profit from it. Since grainy thing has less problem to me coz im not kissing the screen everyday. Looking from far has no issues on it. |

QUOTE(latte36 @ Aug 7 2017, 10:31 AM) Ok. Been reading alot of hao5d so exp la, rip off la etc. No one is butt hurt. We are just discussing and giving away some information that some minorities doesnt know about the real cost of production. I was once a person who thought that the cost of a TG production is around rm20-50. But from this forum based discussion, i knew that the cost is around less than what i expected. Seriously. If they can afford it, good. Why the rest need to butthurt abt how much profit margin etc etc? U dont agree with the price (like me), then, move on? No one pointed a gun at ur head and ask u to buy Well, at least some of us know that there are ppl have the same thoughts about this matter. If there are no claims about this matter, perhaps we believed that what we are telling is wrong and false statement. it is just a discussion... Peace |

QUOTE(ninehneh @ Aug 7 2017, 02:13 PM) ok, let me address the subject matter and we move on shall we? in summary.. its all based on one's willingness to put their cash onto their phone. Some dont but some yes. We have no power onto this matter. Tempered glass: does not mean u suddenly have a magic protection of your phone screen cracking/shattering. as such, be it a normal TG or some top of the line made from mineral glass from the dark side of the moon, there is no guarantee it will ensure 100% your screen won't crack. ( maybe reduces the likelihood , but still not 100%). Samsung Protection Plus, based on their FAQ coverage: does not cover: Damage or defects due to fire, intentional damage, fractures; Scratches, gradually developing defects, cosmetic damage to outer surface/ finishing and external parts of the Device, including without limitation dents or scratches on the exterior casing, screen, camera lens, buttons and other attachments, including where caused by friction or rubbing with additional equipment or accessories; Deterioration of the Device due to normal wear and tear, including without limitation rust or stains; Reckless, abusive, willful or intentional conduct associated with handling and use of the Device; read it carefully - it implies that if you dropped your phone, and it cracked, they may also refuse a replacement based on intentional damage or reckless usage ( not sure if any one encountered this before?) or is it guaranteed screen crack =100% replacement no questions asked. end of the day, both have pro and cons. some ppl feel 'safer' with a TG and will invest in it. Some ppl feel it's excessive, and screen protection is sufficient. To each their own la. no need to berate each other to it. Let's agree to disagree and move on . ( by the judging standards i would be considered the black sheep - no TG and no samsung protection GASP!! ) @radiant360 has already said that if there are no other company able to compete the price of hao 5d. He will get it. He already agreed that hao 5d in this current time is considered one of the good one. all in all, just dont downgrade another person with our own thought. We discuss and we learn. We dont force ppl to follow us. If u wanna boast ur wealth here, u can. But in a considerable way. U want more boasting go boast in kopitiam. Sure got alot of attention given to u. Just appropriate or not appropriate replies, i cant vouch for that. Lol Hao 5d or not. It will still breaks no matter what. Case might save ur screen more than a tempered glass or tpu or any sp in this world producing. Radiant has his own point. And Jay chua CC has his own point too. Both giving out their own opinion in their own way. Perhaps the way they approach their points at here might be odd to some. i hope all of us can continue contribute here and forget what happened in the past. Peace out... QUOTE(Jay Chua CC @ Aug 7 2017, 02:28 PM) True that. Really wish that my p10 fp scanner is on my s8. Hahaha. Still dont really und which is the best cond for the iris to work. Lots of light or low light. That iris scanner has problem with chinese eyes. My eyes are small. But to other of my friends with huge eyes are easy to scan. I feel hopeless now though samsung is produced by koreans which has small eyes too unless plastic surgery comes to place |

QUOTE(hnr2802 @ Aug 7 2017, 03:45 PM) installed clear coat at pavilion yesterday..and today my screen have a long scratch mark on the screen. First time using clear coat product. Not sure what is the hype about this protection. Rubberry feeling & easily scratched when i put in my pocket. I think tempered glass is the best. But not sure it have end to end screen protection coverage. go back to pavilion and change it again. lifetime warranty. haha |

QUOTE(attw @ Aug 7 2017, 08:56 PM) Yeah, the worst kept secret is out. I bought my S8 from Qoo10 too. At this point it's really hard to consider pre-ordering a Note 8, tempted as I may be... If got cash get it. First few to get the note 8 will get the public fame for a month.. haha that is hard to ignore.. |
