I've been using the phone with hao 5D applied for 2 days now. I'm satisfied for what i paid for. The oleophobic coating is so good, I've never wipe or clean the screen, the fingerprint is very minimal, screen is smooth like naked. With the full adhesive, the phone can go under water without any worry. I'll also buying the samsung 1+1 warranty rm248 tomorrow. In my case, i got the phone as a gift, i only spend on accessories and extra warranty. In my opinion, worth it or not is subject to individual as long as u are satisfied for what u paid for. One can buy a rm10 t shirt, one can buy a rm100 t shirt, both serve the same purpuse.

I use pattern lock becsuse of the weird placement of the fp sensor

Is water damage covered by our warranty since s8 and s8+ are water proof?

U purchase from samsung retail shop or service center?

A side note to those who interested to buy this. Samsung retail shops dont sell this alone, only pvp when u buy phone from them. To others that wanna buy this alone have to go service center. Bring along original purchase receipt of the phone if your e warranty isnt registered.

In my case, s8+ with aod off, deep black theme, deep black wallpaper, power saving mode off, location set to device only, wifi/4g all the time, pdp with over 100 services disabled. My average charging time is every 24 hours, sot is 6 hours plus a little. Both s8 and op3t series use amoled, make use of it
