Went to Gurney Plaza today and just saja wanna test to see my s8 phone color with the demo unit, and then realised that my screen color is a bit off, more to yellowish, after that i immediately passed to the customer service counter there and they didn't even know how to check the screen color and i have to teach them on how to check it and i asked them to google lowyat for guidance. Like wtf dude. At the end they said they couldn't help on anything and asked me to check with another service centre at e-gate branch. FML!

It is a retail store+customer service center combine. And i tried so hard to explain to the technician that my screen color problem but he felt there's nothing wrong with it. I took their demo unit to compare with my phone then only they realised the color difference.

Yes, and i told them to google lowyat samsung s8 thread to understand more on the red tint issue, cuz they felt like there is nothing wrong with the color though. and i saw they were holding a s8 from another customer (which the customer claimed that the phone has slow charging issue), and i noticed that customer's phone has RED TINT issue and the technician wasn't aware about it and I have to tell them that and they were like "huh? nothing wrong what."

My s8 battery last for 6 hours from 100 percent to 30 percent (with FHD display, AOD on, youtube + gaming a while, data on all the time, auto brightness, gps on as well.

Just got a rm50 voucher from Samsung centre after purchased the smart protection plan warranty. What should i buy by using rm50 voucher? Any advice?
