hi guys, i need help about paypal. i got refund from one seller but my acc balance still 0USD. in the history it say "Credit To Credit Card" and" Tranfers to Credit card" the fund that i use to pay him. what is this mean?

This means that the refund should be back to your credit card. Check with your credit card company

so if i using debit card as my credit card, i will get the fund back?
