from my understanding on the 5 device is...
you can log in any device... but at one time, only 5 device can be use at the same time...
if you hv 6 device = a b c d e f, then f will not able to use until either 1 of a b c d e is log off

After my licence were blocked. I email to them and this is the email they reply to me and they restored my license on the next working day.

so what is their answer?
should 5 device simultaneously else wont consider lifetime...

For sure I didn't tell them I used more than 5 devices. I only sent them the purchase details the screen shot that I cannot login with the license code.
