I 've had this isssue before and the only way u can get them to me , is through the clinics like you have mentioned.
On the pore size part.. i think it takes a lot of hardwork into using ur gels on daily usage . and laser treatment if you have the money for it. It also depends on how serious your scars are . I was once at your spot. found my solution to my acne and cant be happier . so i understand how u feel. accutane is just a short term solution with side effects that are not worth it. |

i don't think any pharmacy would risk their license for dispensing this drug without prescription.
it is considered a list "A" drug. only specialist in dermatology can prescribe the drug. |

Pimples? Oily? Try to understand it instead of finding pills to pop.
Look at it this way, our skin over produced oil as a natural defense mechanism when it gets dry. Naturally there's always a little bit of oil. So what does very oily skin tells you? It's telling you that your skin is very dry. When we're young & our skin is still capable, it'll overproduce oil to protect the dry skin. When we're old & our skin is less capable, that's when it'll start to crack up & get all wrinkly really quick. Thus, moisturizing is very very important & it gets more important as you age. Over produced oil traps dead skin & bacteria. That leads to blackheads & clogged pores. From there, the bacteria irritates your skin & then break out as pimples. That's where you get those nasty looking reddish pimples. Lastly when your pores are clogged regularly over a long period of time, naturally your pores will expand aka enlarge. Thus leading to large pores issue. Common mistake people in your situation do: 1. Regularly splash their face with water to wash off the oil 2. Use those oil absorbing sheets from Clean & Clear to suck up all the oil on the face every hour. 3. Wipe off the oils on the face with a tissue. As mentioned, our skin produced oil as a natural defense mechanism. So by clearing off the natural defense mechanism, the skin will produce MORE oil to quickly re-coat the skin with a protective layer. Over a long time, your skin will be conditioned to produce A LOT of oil. What you should really do: 1. Cleanse once or twice at most per day. Too frequent will dry up your skin. Get a cleanser with anti bacteria properties that can clear of bacteria that causes acne. 2. Tone with a toner. Get an alcohol free toner because alcohol dries up your skin. Astringent toners (such as witch hazel) help to shrink the pores after cleansing. 3. Moisturize. Get a good moisturizer & don't be surprise to know that one of the better moisturizers are.....pure OIL itself, plant based oil actually. Mineral based oil should be avoided like a plague. When your skin is moisturized, it won't over produce oil. Go through those 3 steps daily. Optional steps to consider: 1. Exfoliate regularly to clear off all dead skin. Can be done via face mask or some cleansers. 2. Serums to further nourish & moisturize your skin. 3. Double cleansing with oil cleansing method. Yes, using oil can clean off those excessive oil & dirt on your skin. PS - read the ingredient list of all the products before buying. You'll realize a lot of them contains ingredients that contradicts what the product claimed it can do. TLDR: If you're still lazy & just wanna laser or pop pills for quick result, after few months it will all come back again. When you're young, your skin still can recover from all those harsh treatments, but when you get older..........good luck recovering. This post has been edited by NightHeart: Jul 3 2017, 10:57 PM |

QUOTE(conan1 @ Jul 4 2017, 09:19 AM) what is the solution for ur prob? u doing laser treatment? any recommendation? Hi there, for me i tried countless of products from the expensive ones to the cheap ones.i see..thanks for feedback.. thanks for the tips..any brand recommendation? At the end of the day , i just stop using it all together and just use water to rinse.. and my acne all dissapear. I guess for me the natural way does work wonders. Im not condemning the products out there as some of them may actually help you. And i know what u feel till u have to go to the stretch of accutane , if posssible .. just endure it and be disipline in terms of food , hygiene and be consistent with ur products if u have them. i believe u will see results in the long run. Good luck to ya! |
