You only able to play FFXIV only on 3 region of PSN. US, EU (any) and JP
Since you have bought JP version you only can play it on JP PSN (the product code inside the box only redeemable on PSN JP).

complete pack comes with 30 day free sub so for the first 30 days u wont have any issue with it until u decided to pay the sub. As im aware u will need to use japanese credit card (which is not an option) or timecard from japan
