Which bank you use ? My first attempt was using PBB and I wanted to ask for my 4 digit code but sadly calling PBB CS is like leading you to no where.no one ever picks up.so my account says its on hold while after I checked Hashfalre it says my order been timeout after a week .
I read the terms if the order did not receive the 4 digit code in 48h,that order is most likely void.
If you use Citibank then it's very easy.once you use their CC,immediately the transaction will appear on their online banking system.can see the code directly and key in straight .
Just to share my experience.

PS: if you can,redo the purchase order if you confidently can get the bank to get you the code within that day itself to avoid any complication on previous order. Hope it helps

Just to share,my ETH mining at HashFlare has pass its 2 weeks holding period on the withdrawal. So today when I wanted to withdraw its says need to be 0.10006 ETH,not sure if you guys are aware of it or not ?
So conclusion if you're not buying big amount of hash power ,basically it's hard to even withdraw.hope I'm right.🙄

This is the only rate for the ETH contract.i bought 10 Mhs so only need wait until 6 months later then I can execute my first withdrawal if I don't reinvest my profits.

Say example u bought just 3-4 Mhs only ,I don't think it can even reach that minimal withdrawal after a full year contract finish based on the current ETH market value
