but how to proof if they really got hacked?
*
I can't. Only genesis mining can show more proof it you don't trust their official statement but remember got few YouTube video and past reply that partially support their case

Noticed you have contracts with Hashing24.

Care to do a review on what you bought, payouts, ROI etc.

Thanks.

mega_shok.gif

shocking.gif i try my best . Please note I only bought 1 contract to test the site 1st since its still brand new compared to other sites
Attached Image

okay let see now i started with 1 contract worth BTC 0.00676800 (16-17 Usd i guess) at 23 May

Attached Image

then 23 Jun i withdraw about BTC -0.00102002

Please note the amount of BTC found fluctuated everyday and payout is speedy . I might use the remaining amount + deposit to buy new contract to diversify my investment . Current contract is worth $20 plus and you might use MINING DEMO under contract to test it out 1st

read their term & condition 1st . their termination contract is bit too fast for my liking

Any maintenance fees ? How many GH you purchased? And when your contract starts? How long is the contract duration
*
I already show in the screenshot liao. Maintenance you can use mining demo section to find out. Duration *As long is profitable *

Hashing24 bitcoin SHA-256 contract ($2.095 per 10GH/s) costs almost double that of Hashflare's SHA-256 contract ($1.20 per 10GH/s).

Check them out.
*
Yes however there's one good thing about hashing 24, they do not eg (not yet) charged high or change ad hoc withdraw fees like hashflare.io so far

Paying double the contract price just to get free withdrawal. user posted image

What not? o I cannot leave my btc in wallet collecting dust nor I can't I place everything on genesis mining or hashflare.io to avoid that late payout situation we all are experiment right now beside I still testing hashing 24. I haven't bought new contract yet

You are comparing a 0.0006 BTC withdrawal fee with almost double the contract price?  doh.gif

user posted image

How often do you withdraw?

I do it about once a month.
*

cannot compare you got bigger hashpower than me. Yes it 0.0006 for now. I not sure you remember that one period they increase withdraw fees on ad hoc

As jack2 said, you have a strange mindset, worrying about withdrawal fees.

One reason I did not include Hashing24 in my cloud mining recommendation is its extremely high price per GH/s of SHA-256 bitcoin mining.
*
I don't have large budget like you guys at 1st glance. Of course my payout is much smaller. The withdrawal fees can easily lower my payout even further

Thanks.

From your screenshot, you paid 0.0067 6800 BTC for your contract and your accumulated payouts after 30 days is 0.0010 5239 which works out to 15% ROI/month which is 6.7 months to full ROI.

Is my calculations correct?

Withdrawal fee at 0.0006 is almost 10% of your investment...wow that's bloody high!!!
*
That's withdraw fees is hashflare.io one le.

True, large budget people like me don't need to worry about withdrawal fees, not that I withdraw very often.

But the almost doubling of contract price means your ROI period will be effectively lengthened by almost double.
*
I agreed. There's one more practical reason, as good as hashflare.io and genesis mining until the current issue. I cannot discount that possible that the site might fold out before I recover my initial investment . I rather lose a arm than entire body. How GM support reply your request for refund really worried me. We are really on their mercy is things go bad

Are you implying what happened to Genesis Mining will not happen to Hashing24?
It was a hack job, not Genesis trying to scam customers' funds.
They admiited it, and are now in the process of reimbursing all missing payouts over a short period of time.
We just have to be patient.
*
I didn't say that.. I also want to recoup my initial investment. In my case, I prefer not to put all my gold in one basket and to wait first before I put new fund in GM if any

The withdrawal fees is too much on hashflare
*
just want remind you , they can adjust the withdrawal fees (this post is on May)
https://www.facebook.com/HashFlare/posts/1875994209337559

As a temporary solution, we are raising the withdrawal fees for BTC withdrawals to 0.0014 to cover the recommended network fees in order to ensure safe and fast transactions. The withdrawal fee will be updated upon future changes to the network average.

no cloud mining site is perfect in the end

Don't make it like it is a bad thing they are doing.  doh.gif
They were in fact doing us a favour.
They were increasing the BTC network fee to upgrade our priority so that we don't have to wait for days being stuck in the network.
As mentioned, it is only a temporary solution until the network congestion is over.
And they have already reverted back to their original withdrawal fee of 0.0006 BTC after the congestion cleared.
Some people really know how to paint others in a bad light.

And it will happen in future, no doubt about that.
And I expect Hashflare to do the same thing as in May 17th so that my withdrawal will not get stuck for days.

Curios, so what happened to rest of user just started and with much lower hashpower than you?
