Thanks.

I calculated and the ROI is not bad. 0.7% daily if based on current LTC's price as investment.

I have 200 LTC now and will buy...

But I can't see L3 and only L3+?

And buy from market is cheaper or from store?
*
You must buy from the open market.

You cannot buy from the store because the L3+ is out of stock.

They are the same whether you buy from the market or from the store.

It is the hashrate that is important to determine how much LTC you will mine.

That is why the market price is the price of 1 MH/s.

I see.

I saw there is Bid/Ask.

499.0 M 169.41045010

So I can't buy out of 100 from 499.0M ma?
*
Of course you can buy 100 out of 499 MH/s

Quickly buy before it is snapped up by somebody else. biggrin.gif

Still trying to sell your LTC?

I believe your asking price of RM240 per LTC is too high.

The payout of LTC is credited to the default LTC wallet in Hashnet right?
*
Yes, you are right.

you can withdraw anytime.

I find that HashNest is much more transparent and detailed with their cost and mining information.

Better than Genesis and Hashflare. smile.gif

-Or do you actually buy the old 2nd hand Machine? what if it breaks down in 90days?
What old 2nd hand machine are you talking about?

The L3 was recently launched early this year.

not sure if this is answered, if the ETH contract is 2 years, can we topup on additional value into it at any point of time or we need to wait until the 2 years contract is over?
*
No worries, you can top up anytime. smile.gif

T&C
2.    Because redeemed hardware is, by nature, secondhand, Hashnest cannot guarantee the quality or remaining life of a machine. Older units may not hash as efficiently as they once did. Hashnest cannot guarantee that every redeemed machine will operate as though it were new.

I am totally aware of this clause.

It is a risk I am willing to take.

You, on the other hand, is just too risk-adverse to really venture big into anything. Scared this scared that.

This one is same as we bought from Giga-Watt?
*
Nope.

The one offered by HashNest/Bitmain for cloud mining is the January 2017 model called L3.

What we will be getting at GigaWatt is the enhanced new April 2017 model called L3+ with double the hashrate.

So the contract we bought from Hashnet is also L3 right?
*
Yes, correct.

But it really doesn't make any difference.

We are buying HASHRATE for the Scrypt mining algorithm, not the model of the miner.

The hashrate output is the SAME per MH/s whether it is using the L3 or the L3+.

if same hashrate, why L3 has 5 months break even while L3+ is 2 months?
*
Aiyah doh.gif

The L3+ has double the hashrate (504 MH/s) over the L3 (250 MH/s).

Even double the hashrate, the price we are paying also double. So ROI should be same but why L3+ has 1.8% daily ROI?

Takkan L3+ is sold at the same price of L3 but given double hashrate?
*
You will be surprised that the launch price of the L3 is almost the same as the launch price of the L3+.

Bitmain improves on the price/performance, so it is a better deal to go for the L3+.

Wow.. but your comparison is confused. Let me re-phase.

Should be this way..

Cost of 1MH/s with Hashnet = 0.3383LTC
Cost of 1MH/s with Gigawatt = 51LTC/504 = 0.1011 LTC

People may think that buying from Gigawatt is worth but bear in mind that the contract in Hashnet can be resold.
*
Not so simple as that.

You forgot to factor in the cost of the tokens required to host one L3+ miner. laugh.gif

The biggest advantage of HashNest is that you can sell off your contracts at ANYTIME.
You have to pay a premium for that privilege.
You cannot do that with Genesis, Hashflare or GigaWatt.
You are stuck with them until the contract expires.
*
Yes, you can mine and trade at the same time.

You can sell off your contracts when the price is high and buy back when the price is low.

This is trading for a profit.

jack2 will love this. laugh.gif
