anyone face blizzard agent fail to update error?
tried all available method on google but still stuck at this stupid bnet app error.

sometime will happen

only can play overwatch or D3 after bnet app error is gone.

yeah. the error is really stupid. bcoz i turn on/off my pc without proper shutdown when troubleshooting, it cause this error to appear. deleting all related folder/files also encounter the same thing

finally fix it....just need to run the Agent under Programdata (hidden files).....

hi, idk if im alone on this but heres the situation:

>i have a unifi connection, Win10 pc
>i get lost connection to server error prominently, cant get through 1 game without dc
>reinstalled the game, reinstalled the drivers, nothing works
>reformatted my pc, was able to play 2-3 games, no problem at all
>several days later, same issue came again
>funny thing is, discord voice chat and other online games are fine, if discord VC is on along OW, the connection is still running on discord while OW is DC-ing

any remedies or similar experiences here?

hmm....this is tricky...
did the "Allow access" window pops up after u install/update OW and run it?

probably need to add it in firewall exception list or something...
just my guess...

ow added tp firewall and anti-virus exception list, but no change.
and always ran it as admin

try contact bliz support live chat and see?

Ow cs said the problem is not on their end, as the servers are fine, and tm cs is being tm cs, never helpful, always template-answer, have u reset the router bla3

are you using LAN cable or wifi? if wifi, how many walls need to penetrate to your pc?
how many family member using same network?
IP address is 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1? i forget the channel frequency i remember you can switch lesser popular bandwidth to avoid signal confuse for router machine.

( i am not hardware pro either , just kepoh only)

im on wifi, the router in on ground floor while im at first floor of the house. so i guess 2-3 walls (including floor i guess). three other people but only 1 person is also gaming on it while others just light usage ws/fb etc . so i guess congestion is out of the pool.

unifi router is multi band ke?
idk if my wifi card is able to receive them, but i'll look it up

laptop or PC? if have spare LAN cable , try connect it for a day testing and see
