If you can DIY. There is a shop in Pandan Indah to buy one whole role for RM500 (5ft x 1000ft). They cut the side for your also. Can choose all types of shades.

Honestly it is so hard to tell which is good quality with our bare skin and eyes. For house since it is not always under the sun like a car the quality don’t need to be as good for a car.

For that price the quality is acceptable and since house windows are straight the tendency to get bubbles are minimal.

From the description sounds like the best tint in the world haha. Actually all that specs very hard to verify that it is true. Btw VLT for house 40% too light/clear. You will feel after installing the tint like no difference. Recommend to go like VLT 10%. I install VLT 5%, in the day time totally cannot see inside but at night it is clear.
