You may also want to play around with your tweeter directions. The more directly aimed at your head, the more treble you will get. Usually the tweeter should be aimed to cross somewhere around the middle of the dash board, just above the HU or even gear console.
If your cross over has some tweeter gain setting, you can try play around with that too.
