What is going on recently? i was playing league of legends and suddenly i got 250 constant ms/ping and what's worse that after the game is done, i've restarted my router and came back with an even worse result. There was huge spikes between 209(Lowest so far) to 1000+ MS. Please tell me what is happening if you know something is up.

EDIT: Before league, i had some issues reconnecting to the internet. The troubleshooter was stating some Primary DNS Server problem then after that it went into something about Teredo. (I can connect to the internet now, but the latency problem remains.)

Well, hope it won't happen again.
