I think the Phoenix flash is pretty good as it has the tilt and swivel, and more importantly, 4 auto ISO modes. The ability to zoom and focus the flash is also a bonus, as its guide number can be increased from 28 (@35mm focus; in metres) to something as high as 40+. My FL-50's GN is rated 50+ at its 85mm zoom focus position.
My first external flash (Sunblitz brand) had all of the Phoenix's features but only ONE auto ISO mode which made it rather useless for most usage other than on fully manual (requires a lot of trial and error so not suitable for covering fast events).

u can get Nikon Sb800.. it can act as slave flash..
