There isn't any 1080p IPS 144Hz GSync monitor in Malaysia, if IPS is a must then you need to fork out 3.2k for ViewSonic XG2703-GS (cheapest), it's a 1440p 165Hz IPS monitor with reasonable bezel size

Check out the samsung cfg70. Not ips but using VA panel which is between ips and tn. And got good response time.
