i have problem with the firmware.. 1st when i make a call sumtime a person i call can hear my voice, i need to restart then i work normaly and sumtime when msg come in the hp will restart normaly..

however after i update firmware (althought the update is the same version with current firmware in my hp )the voice problem seem gone. but msg restart issue seem become frequent.. hope anyone can suggest best firmware and how to upadate correctly thanks.
