I stayed in apartment, and all of us has this mail box area at the ground floor.
for my case, whenever the postman need to deliver any parcel that doesn't fit into my tiny mailbox, they will try to deliver it to my unit.
and if no one is around, then they will leave a note asking me to pickup the parcel from the nearest post office.

free posting to M'sia, and the price is comparable to local shops, most of the time it's even cheaper

so what's to complain about?

shouldn't be any problem... they dun care the card is from which bank, as long as it's Master or VISA then they accept
but better check with your ANZ bank first whether you debit card can do online transaction or not, some bank they block online transaction to prevent fraud.

not really, my fren purchase thousands ringgit worth of item frm us, jpn b4, few times he's lucky didn't kena, but there's few time just RM300 worth of stuffs also kena tax...
