I had purchased something on 25th Dec 2009 using fedex and till now, the status still showing "Order Received". Total amount of money has been deducted from my card, though. Hope they can ship the item soon

have you checked with FedEX? since you used a premium shipping, it should come with a tracking number.

further more, it's Christmas... postal services+kastam will go crazy... and our kastam is infamous for releasing stuffs very very very very very loooooooooooooooooong!

but the problem is it not yet being shipped out

so i ordered 2 game from play asia
but the thing is, it split into 2 delivery because 1 have no stock.

but the one that is shipped later, arrive first, but the one that his shipped earlier is not arrive yet...

yeah that did happen to some of us here.

The order split, happened a few times before. The best thing is, if you choose a courier e.g. FedEx, the second item is also delivered via FedEx.

The arrival time, yup. I've experienced that before. The one shipped later arrived earlier than another package.
