This is not true (always true), I was charged custom tax by post office for a US$60 item recently.. so it depends on whether they're honest or not.

Depends on what you are getting really, especially if you are talking about Japanese games or something more exotic which almost impossible to find locally.

My 2nd parcel still haven't came =.= Going to the pos mel tomolo to have a manual check, ugh ... so slow on updating eh ...

Hmm, i think you should wait at least 1 month and I dont think you can get any desirable answers from pos office unless u r using the courier shipping.
I dont think you should expect to receive it within 1 week. Everyone wants to receive their stuffs within 1 week but there are the rest who usually receive it within 1 month. You might wanna be patient.

But at least in my area, that pos mel let me see the updated log XD
But that parcel is just 1 day after the 1st one delivered

There were cases where the latter packages being received earlier than the one customers order earlier. amazed at the world of postage.
