Synopsis: In Iryu 2, Asada Ryutaro wages a new battle against the realities of Japan's medical care system. The government has drafted legislation to tackle the recent inflation of medical fees; hospitals have entered an era in which they will go bankrupt if they aren't independently run. At the same time, hospital mergers and takeovers are also taking place. Additionally, the obstetrics and pediatrics departments are being closed in succession, and there are inadequate doctors in the region - issues that are closely related to these hospital management problems. Now, hospitals, like the average corporation, face collapse if they are not profitable.

Synopsis: SP, the duty to protect. Professional bodyguards that safeguard important people even if it at times means sacrificing their own lives.
In the 21st century, regarded as the century of terror, Japan's myth of infallibility is greatly threatened. With domestic and foreign terrorists active behind the scenes, and pleasure-seeking criminals with no political ideology able to easily obtain information from the internet, an era in which terrorism can be carried out has gradually dawned. The role played by the SP has become crucial; bodyguards who protect VIP by becoming "moving shields," locating blind spots beforehand, as well as anticipating unforeseen circumstances.
The SP has just been increased on an experimental basis. Inoue Kaoru (Okada Junichi) is one of the recruits to be assigned to this role. Inoue possess special abilities, and is an entirely new type of SP. He will boldly take on the fight against terrorism, while his colleagues regard his abilities with skepticism.

Synopsis: This is the second season of the heartwarming "Asakusa Fukumaru Ryokan" series that aired during the winter. The show focuses on his interactions with various guests and neighbors, leading to episodes full of both tears and laughter.

Synopsis: There is a small old style cinema in a tiny village in Koichi ken which airs a particular movie on designated date on the instructions of its dead owner. One day, a lady travels to the village with her son (Nagase) to watch this movie, the lady then relates the connection between this cinema with her parents and the dead owner. Time travels back to Showa 30s (1950s). It was just after the war, a young soldier who has lost his memory due to trauma suffered in the war arrives in this village. He is "adopted" by the people in that village, given the name Shimanto Taro and starts working in the small village cinema. Taro builts up a strong friendship with many of the villagers, discovers his love for movies and also falls in love with a young feisty girl.
