JDorama newbie reporting in.

I've only so far watched Attention Please, Anego and Hanayome wa Yakudoshi. Currently watching Pride and Unfair. Haven't moved onto newer/current shows though. Nodame Cantabile sounds pretty good though.

Ahhh .. why? I just finished Episode 3 yesterday. I really like it - especially since I have a thing for ice hockey

About movies .. is Azumi worth it to get? The HK/Taiwan release just came out .. but not sure whether i should wait for it to get here or order via YesAsia.

I love all the Sengoku period stuff (history books, games etc.) .. so any other recommendations?

I buy all the Japanese shows I have watched (or on my shelf). Think for RM 45 - 50 it's quite worth it - though sometimes the English subs are bad. Still watchable/understandable. I think they take them off the 'net though .. so maybe paying RM 50 for it is stupid.

Where is Hiro or Xing Ma? KL?

I bought Haken no Hinkaku on DVD over the weekend. Have to admit that I have a "thing" for Ryoko Shinohara - not in that way! - but she's just such a natural, great actress. Also got this movie called "Woman's Island" - yup she's in it too, and the plot doesn't sound super but then maybe it's a chick flick.

I know wasting money to buy them when it's cheaper in KL but for me to go there on the weekends it's worth to pay the extra RM 10 - 20

Also got Azumi and Kamikaze Girls from play-asia. Can't wait for them to arrive.

I finished Hanayome wa Yakudoshi about a week ago. It was quite fun! At first the main lead (the guy) turned me off .. but then at the end, he totally grew on me .. ha ha. I like how in 10 episodes the characters evolve so much.

I'm sort of watching Unfair now ..
