Last time i tried but cannot AF in D40. The price around 1.8k if my memory serves me well. Tested it at Boe-ing photo.

Only one they have is the "normal" one selling between 1.5K and 1.9K (28(?)-200 and and 18-200) |

Only Sigma with HSM can AF with D40. I dun think the 18-200 got HSM.

aiseh... so pitiful my fren... he buy d40 thinking can save $$.. now... he cant save on lens liau... hav to buy mahal mahal nikkor lens jor...

Got my Sigma 18-200 at about RM1.5k 3rd qtr last year.
It's the only lens I am using now. Would have bought the Nikon 18-200 VR if my camera is a Nikon. Not saying that the Sigma is not performing, tho. This post has been edited by ??!!: May 30 2007, 09:57 AM |

os = optical stabilizer..... meanns if ur hand shaky thne the mechanisms inside will help reduce the shake n hopefully ur pics come out with out being blurry....
