Condo is so Nice for the first 3-4 Years, depend Management Quality
But after 5 years? Mostly Bad. Reason : the more neighbor you have, the bigger problem you have. All kind of trouble. If you born and grown up in APartment, Condo, still ok. for those who grown up in Landed Property... New Condo taste nice, when move in rate are low. Once fill with all kind of people....... Condo only worked in more civilized country. Definitely Not Malaysia |

You might want to consider go for max loan and use your cash for some other thing. |

Buy subsale, at least you get to see the place as it is.
I stay in an old apartment. Well kept, low density, ample of parking, clean, overall good environment. JMB and security all OK. Bought subsale, price is higher definitely. |
