Hi Guys,

I plan to buy a condo (new project). Can advise on what is the process. I plan to do like this

Price : 500k
Loan : 300k
EPF : 100k
Cash : 100k

Can. New project got progressive interest. Pay according to stage.
You dont need to take full loan at once. You can loan any amount you like. And dont have to be immediate as well.

Condo is so Nice for the first 3-4 Years, depend Management Quality
But after 5 years?

Mostly Bad.

Reason : the more neighbor you have, the bigger problem you have.

All kind of trouble.

If you born and grown up in APartment, Condo, still ok.
for those who grown up in Landed Property...
New Condo taste nice, when move in rate are low.

Once fill with all kind of people.......


Condo only worked in more civilized country.
Definitely Not Malaysia

I would suggest you not to put in so much cash.
Housing loan interest is relatively low. You might want to consider go for max loan and use your cash for some other thing.

Especially those BBB area, filled with foreigner tenant. Driving car like mad in premise, visitor parking full, resident parking occupied with stranger's car, blast music at midnight etc..

Buy subsale, at least you get to see the place as it is.

I stay in an old apartment. Well kept, low density, ample of parking, clean, overall good environment. JMB and security all OK. Bought subsale, price is higher definitely.

Hi Hagendaz, What area do you prefer? there is 1 in bukit Jalil, The Havre, range from RM525k-580k, booking fees only RM5k and free S&P, loan agreement fees.
