Just buy a branded acer, asus, dell or HP PC. So you can don't care about whether it's home or Pro version. Malaysian government really don't care much about what kind of PC that your company is using.

Here is not the US, Malaysia law is not as completed as the advanced countries. If you really worry about it, just buy branded PC. It's safety for you.
