I saw MKH quality for the finishes (window frame and others) are really not up to their price offer as well as the overall building design but TR residence location are indeed strategic.

I wonder if the ROI for this project can be above 5% or not.

Anyone have idea building will be built beside the new MRT2 line? i saw the plot of land is like more than 10 acre.

i still feel not worth though but the location are good.. bad part is the 1 carpark thing. will it be hard to sell later?

possible after completion the the RM/sqft will increase to Rm 900/sqft? setia sky are selling at Rm 1000 /sqft without LTR but better material spec.

I just hope MKH doesnt lower the material spec to too low.

yup... how about you? i at block A - level 22.

hope the end product is good.. i saw the facade design was so normal but the overall location was good. even i feel 1 carpark for 850sqft is not enough especially at KL area.. such design is a waste of under provide.

mine is 850sqft with 3 bedroom with titiwangsa view without the morning and evening sun..

therefore wont hot in the day..

basically klcc view is block by other building even you are facing it.

30th floor might still able to view KLCC.. As you know that Kg Baru KL that piece of land is huge.. if the government can make it into a big development then no more KLCC view in the future.. hahaha

i feel MKH will give us bad product and material for the architectural and other system.. They better becareful on standard as i am an electrical consulting engineer. will report the design problem to REHDA and BEM.

yea that true.. totally the design did not even match a simple nice looking condo.. i did not expect them to design super high end feel but dint not even match a nice simple design. failure architect i can say
