Haih , need expert here lar . It was working fine but suddenly I got this stupid error . There's once I had this problem , but don't know how I fixed it . BTW , here's some info on the network setup

router ZTE 831
switch that shared 5 person PC

automatic IP query set on the xbox

The funny thing is , why it suddenly set my IP same with the IP other pc is using , and had not reported the error ?
