Grabcar declined my debit card and now i owe Grabcar money. Why grabpay is not working for me?

Pretty sure it has enough money in the bank. Have you tried it again? Happened to me a few days ago. I tried to pay again and 2nd time it worked. If it's still the same, call your bank and tell them to open card for non-card transations. Don't let them go until you make the payment.
