Is recommend that u format the win Xp drive, regarding the boot screen (which shows both W Vista and W XP selection) this can be edit under boot.ini

Yup... You have the 64 bit processor, but it still can run 32-bit OS.
32-bit Processor = Only can support x86 OS 64-bit Processor = Can support both x86 and x64 OS BUT, if you install 64bit version, u might facing many problems because it is still not compatible with many drivers and softwares.. even in Win Xp |

1st Update your GC Driver which compatible with the Vista
2nd Update to Direct X 9.0c 3rd Check ur background process whether there are many bg task is running |
