One thing I miss about windows xp is the network icon once connected.
During XP you can see the icon blinking to show the internet activity. But now, on Vista, the icon is just there stagnant. No indication of internet activity.

QUOTE(mystical zero @ May 13 2007, 06:10 PM) Nope. You can enable the internet activity indication. All you need to do is right-click on the internet connection tray icon and select "Turn on activity animation". OMG, thanks for the tip! I never realized that option there. I would also like to know, why is it that sometimes I am not running any programs or doing anything, my laptop HDD activity LED keeps on blinking. What is vista doing in the background? I have Vista Ultimate retail, but can I install Home Premium using the same disc?
