Something weird happening today, when I install my Windows Vista at my second pc , and I try activate the key that I already use in other pc and it works.
I thought only can register for once per key. smile.gif

i think u can activate not more than 3 times if using OEM version.
complete retail version allows u activate more.

QUOTE(linkinstreet @ Mar 31 2007, 09:23 PM)
OEM only lets you activate on one PC, and binds your Windows to that PC only.
*
Mine is full retails version. smile.gif
My friend said can activate for 10 PC ,don't know this news is true or not. blush.gif

his are not realtek...his are cmedia...so far no vista driver yet...
*
I'm using Cmedia audio . smile.gif

So far I didn't need to install the driver because the Windows automatically installed when it was formated.
I kinda weird for certain people who didn't get their sound installed. sweat.gif

Which more better? Vista 32 bit or 64 bit?
*
From the spec you provided above , it's highly recommended you to stay on Windows Vista 32-bit because your system hardware doesn't met the requirement at all to run the Windows Vista 64-bit.

Rofl, waiting for M$ to coming out with a un-BUGGY version will be like waiting for money to drop from the sky

Pros of vista
Beautiful eye catching design (providing u have a GC that support PS2.0)
Better security
Programs (IE7, Bitlocker(ultimate), dreamscene(ultimate), WMP11, Media Center(home premium and above)

Cons of vista
less compatible with a lot program
memory eating

Pros of WinXP
more compatible with current program
less memory consuming
can upgrade to vista look (http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/424533 (credits to J-Slade))

Cons of WinXP
ugly (unless u upgrade to vista look)
less secure

thats all i can think of
*
Dude, Windows Vista confirm faster than Windows XP.
Regarding the "change to Windows Vista look" , better don't do so because it corrupted the Windows entries when you restore it back to usual. smile.gif
I didn't feel any memory absorbing perharp the system running fine and stable, you should consume a lot in your system hardware before making this prediction.

OEM. As u know, OEM can be used on 1 PC only , no multiple computers, and yeah we will get different key for each students smile.gif I am the committee actually, so I know tongue.gif
*
That is not OEM, 1 cd per person and that CD can activate for 10 computer.
So far I already try at my second computer that Vista Business. As CSS committee you should know that.
I also bought a copy that why I know it better.

Not very sure with the problem. But, you might want to try turning off IE7's protected mode to see whether the problem still persists.
*
Didn't work and protection mode is one of the function from Windows Defender.
