try checking your temp folder at <username>/AppData/Local/Temp
Some softwares don't delete their files in there, and lead to bloats. I remembered 7z failed to unrar an 8GB file once, and it stored everything temporary there without deleting it and I had to manually delete it

No it won't pose a problem. If it's 32-bit software and/or game, on 64-bit system, it will use the WOW emulation. Correct me if I'm wrong on this...

Here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WOW64

WOW (or known as WOW64) will emulate your 32bit apps/games to run on 64bit system because the instruction/architecture is not same... If there's no WOW64 on your 64bit OS, you won't be able to run 32bit apps/games...

hi..my sister is planning to buy a desktop pc for her shop.does the desktop need to be installed with vista business or would home basic suffice and can a desktop pc used for business purposes use home basic?(this is mainly a question regarding licensing issue rather than compatibility)

the version merely describes wat re the in-built functions in Vista...

Business mean that the functions are centered around corporate users, such as backup, better networking and stuff

Home Premium means for media center

Home Basic, well, if u can do away with the media center stuff and Aero, it's fine

There's no problem regarding licensing issues. You can use Home Basic/Home Premium/Business/Ultimate/Enterprise/32-Bit/64-Bit/OEM/Retail on any computer in her shop. I'd recommend that she use Home Basic 32-Bit OEM for a no frills experience of Vista.

Hi, I'd like to know:
Where should I go to get a copy of vista installation disc for Sony Vaio VGN-SZ43GN (I bought it 3 years ago in Hong Kong).

As for now, I am located in Kuala Lumpur.

By the way, it's a vista business.

Thanks in advance.
