Hey guys, need some advice here. I saw these 2 PC sticks at Lazada JOI PC Stick with Windows 10STOM PS01 PC Stick Intel Atom 2GB 32GB W10My question is, can I plug a 4-port USB hub and connect with USB keyboard and mouse to control Windows 10? Are these PC sticks just plug in to a HDMI port and it will boot up? Can it work with PC monitor with HDMI? What HDMI version does it support? What kind of Windows 10 is it running on? Is it the typical Windows 10 that you use on Desktop computers?

I read some reviews saying that the device gets hot after prolong use, will this cause the pc stick to malfunction?
Also, what kind of software limitation it has (assuming all software are downloaded to micro SD card or via internet)? 1 person said that he can't install Microsoft Office 2016 onto the Windows.
Do I need a separate HDMI cable in order to use STOM PC Stick? Or just open the cap and it is a HDMI male connector?
Is this PC stick suitable for PC desktop replacement to do simple web surfing, word processing, email checking and watching HD movies/videos and listen to music?

I have a Joy PC stick. To power up it need a 2A USB charger, the supplied died after 2 month I use my Samsung instead The stick is not fast, due to limited Atom processor, basic productivity no problem thought. The BT have some issue pairing dunno why, but didn't use much anyway.
The stick do run hots after a while, but didn't case, so far still working.
For the USB hub I'm not sure, 1 to 4 can supply enough power for all port? Since is a low power device.
I use Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, so the dongle connect on the full size USB, then I used another "MINI USB to full size USB" cable to plug in pendrive etc

I didn't wanna start a new topic. I also am not sure what is JOI or STOM
I recently found out about Stick PC, which is supposed to be single-board computer in the form of a small dongle, plugging into a display port.
I'm not an IT person, but I like technology and am now trying to get a home PC. I have a lot of thoughts, but not sure whom to talk to or discuss with.
You are all my last hope.
Thoughts anyone? Please?

Please? it's basically manufactured ewaste. the Intel Atom Z8350 is so slow, you hardly get any work done. youtube 1080 playback is also a struggle considering that it is the most likely use case. I'd recommend a refurbished DELL WYSE 7040 instead. same price point, way better performance. tho the footprint of the mini PC is way larger than the dongle. also you'll need a display port to HDMI for the miniPC.

Please? What sort of use do you expect to get out of this "PC"? Its just similar to a midrange android phone so expect perf to sux. If you want to use as a proper PC better to get a proper PC, used also can.
