I am MBA student from Taylor's University researching why e-hailing services (ridesharing applications) are more convenient and attractive to commuters. For your information, e-hailing is well-known as a mode of transportation where arrangements are made within a short notice between two or more individuals to share a ride with the purpose of reaching a desired destination.
This survey hopes to fulfil the lack of academic research and contribute towards the understanding of Malaysian commuters’ decision in e-hailing services. We expect that through the understanding of commuters’ behaviour to participate in e-hailing services, it will provide insights to the concerned authorities, e-hailing users and non-e-hailing community on the factors that drives the growth and popularity of this disruptive technology.

This survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The data and results of this survey will remain confidential. You will be asked to provide an email address if you are interested in entering the drawing for a RM50 Aeon voucher. Your email address will be stored separately from your survey submission, and there will be no way to correlate your answers with your email.
