Lemar and Van Dijk. Robertson wasn't our first choice either, not even second.

I give this window a C+ or B- at best for the mess we made out of the Van Dijk saga. Failing to strengthen one of the weakest positions in the team meant this isn't a good window by any means, just average at best. Salah is a good signing and so is Keita but he isn't coming until next year. Robertson, Solanke and Ox are the type of signing we wouldn't bat an eyelid had we failed to land them.
Kent is out on loan so technically not on the bench. Harry Wilson is still here though but he seemed to have stagnated over the past couple of years. Ojo and Ejaria are probably closer to the first team than Wilson is.

According to uefa rules, he can still play for Barca during the knock-out stage if he is not fielded during the gruop stage.
Meaning, if Kloop really wanna retain him for the season, he will play him in the ucl group stage.

I feel we should have sold Couts. For that amount I think we're making upwards of 500% profits.

That red card incident reminds me of the one just happened two weeks ago when Salah stole the ball away from Bellerin and then went on to score. Wonder what happened if Salah was just tad slower? Mane was really unfortunate. In that particular scenario, he had no choice but to go after the ball because it was a big opportunity. But like someone said before, in those situations, those who use head will have the favour in their ways. Sad but true.

Like you said, even summer window proved to be difficult for us as well. The main problem is see us identifying the players and alternatives.

Same goes for CL. People said we must get in to CL so we can attract better players! But look what happened to us this summer? Only Salah is deemed to be the only quality signing. The rest is just meh.

Coutinho's set piece is God. We don't have enough set piece taker who could score goals. So that makes Coutinho even more important.
