My first job was the best, ever! But I left that comfort zone. Good luck in searching for a best place to work!

better to find a job first then only resign.
coz sometimes find job also depends on luck.
& also depends on the job availability since not always have job that suit you waiting for you.

Typical if-u-can-do-it-then-u-have-to-do-it company. Resign and your boss will counter offer u, if u really are the one doing the most things

Thanks for all the feedback
Actually I afraid with this decision because it took me 9 month to get this 1st job. Now already 1 year ++ I work here.
Sometimes I feel like I got bullied here because my boss give me lot of work, included work that not in my scope. My scope of work also bigger compare to other. Sometime if my officemate didn't do their work, I need to do his/her work. Maybe because I am type that hard to say no...
My boss always say that my position is high here compare to other. But my salary is same as other officemate.
Every time I got lot work to do while my officemate do nothing, just wandered around.
And because my position is "high" here, its hard for me to apply al or el.
