Recently I met with an accident and have sent the car for honda workshop for the full repair. Cost 30k. However they took 2 months to repair whereby most of the time delay due to too many cars. Each time I visit the car it will be in a parking and no work is done.

Then finally after 2 months I received the car in disgusting condition, oil stains and sands on seats, repair work not done properly, a lot of repairs has been missed or like Scrathes and deep cuts in skirting, brakes and suspension making noise.

With all these, can I file a case to tribunal? or maybe to honda Malaysia to start with?

I also doubt they change the entire things as per the 30k claim. How do I go with this

No that's why I doubt. I hit a lorry drive shaft on the road. No damage to body. Obvious one was windshield and airbag and the black oil leak. The rest is under the car it seems.

Was your car repaired under insurance? If so, complain to your insurance company that the repairs were not properly done. They may be able to lean on the workshop.

I have signed it because had to take the car but i have taken pictures of every obvious things and have the manager to acknowledge via email. But noise from the suspension and brake is only realised after a day.

go back to the BP center and request them to fix it first, it they refuse, escalate to HM, then, only tribunal

i too were rear-ended by some fella in my city, went back to honda BP, took 1 month to fix, cost 9k, claim under the other car's insurance, end up with a leaking rear boot, went back to the BP center for a few times to have them reapply the sealant, luckily, they fix it without making a scene

Honda SC usually have like 6 months warranty after accident repair. It is part of their SOP.
