RM1299 if u want MY set which come with local warranty.SG set much cheaper but u have to go there to claim warranty is probs happen.

SG set is RM100 cheaper than MY set

RM100 cheaper but without any local Sony Malaysia warranties...so RM100 is no big deal

anyone have ps2 to let go?

why would u want a 2nd hand? new set is cheaper right now.

hello...wanna ask for ps2 slim, is there any model that when u open the disc tray, insert disc, close cover, then game starts? mine currently nid to reset (on/off) oni can load...

only if u play ori disc i think.for *ahem* games u need to reset bcoz the mod chip need to reboot to load the games.

oh like that ah. cos fat ps2 my old one, need to reset. but some of my friends got the one just insert disc then load edi...wondering if slim also got any type like that

EDIT: also wanna ask whats the difference between the various versions of slim ps2... i got the 70006 model, and now it seems got 90000 series. besides the aesthetics (no power adapter, etc), got any other difference internally? as in...got better graphics or anything? i dunno whether wanna buy a new ps2 slim + component cable or just use my current model... pls advise!

i bought ps2 yesterday, RM 410 with 2 ori controller and memory card...also get component cable for rm 35...
the problem is...
when i used component cable (to play games) on my tv LCD, LCD keep saying that no signal input, but sound yes, is there...but if i used original sony cable can play and see...
but when i played dvd movie by using ori sony cable and then change to component cable, no problem at all..


please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

about the signal thing...change the input to component. the component cable is ori or cap ayam?

oh... hmm, then thats about right la the price... can i noe how ur console starts the game? insert disc, close tray, load? or nid to reset? btw how sure r u that both controllers original? normally the 2nd controller is 3rd party... it'll look original, but some games (i recall Dynasty Warriors 4) cannot support 3rd party...

ya the input signal from tv. or ps2 also got i think. i remember reading somewhere that can change something...and got progressive scan summore. my ps2 is the older version, dun hv all these options.

Just plug in the composite cable to your TV, set the PS2 to display component (YPbBr) instead of RGB. Change the cable to component cable and connect to the TV again. That should solve your problem. For progressive scan it depends on the games, those with progressive scanned enabled usually have that in the game option, or refer to the game's manual to activate the progressive scan.

and...how to check if dualshock2 is original? my current controller the analog rubber hilang edi, and the right stick's rubber become sticky edi... and wats the market rate now ah? i check garage sales, cheapest i saw rm45, claim to be original...
